Rock Star Millennials: Developing the Next Generation of Leaders

CLIENT STORY:

One of my professional resource partners, Bonnie Daneker of The Author’s Greenhouse recommended me to this author for her leadership book and workbook design. Kathryn D. Spitznagle has 30+ years of mentoring, coaching and leadership development in corporate, small business and non-for-profit environments. Her mission is to foster the personal and professional development of leaders and this book and workbook was a way to expand her mission beyond her local market.

PROJECT SCOPE:

Kathryn has developed a unique tool kit of worksheets to use with her coaching sessions. These 25 exercises had to be assembled in a way that would allow them to be in the book in addition to be in a larger workbook as well. Her project scope included a 6 x 9, 160 page book with endnotes, bibliography and the tool kit. The book also included quotes, photos and examples from her work with Millennials. We designed the cover and formatted the interior for a hardcover, trade paperback and the ebook. We also designed the cover and interior layout for the Tool Kit.
